ABOUT ÓSCAR CARDOZO

Professional center-forward and striker that was originally signed by the 3 de Febrero Athletic Club in 2003 at the age of twenty. He was later signed by Club Libertad in June 2017. He has also played for the Paraguayan men's national team during his professional career.

He first began playing soccer as a young child growing up. He later joined the Club 24 de Junio youth club.

He made his official international team debut playing against Team Australia on October 7, 2006. He was later invited to played for Paraguay during the 2010 FIFA World Cup, as well as the 2011 and 2015 Copa América tournaments. Growing up, he lived with his parents and his four siblings in Raúl Arsenio Oviedo, Paraguay. He now lives along with his wife and their children.
