ABOUT ABIGAIL SHRIER

American journalist and author known for her writings on gender identity controversies. She rose to fame after the release of her 2020 book Irreversible Damage: The Transgender Craze Seducing Our Daughters. Her work has been discussed in numerous publications, including The Economist and The Times of London.

She attended Columbia University , the University of Oxford , and Yale University Law School.

She received the Barbara Olson Award for Excellence and Independence in Journalism in 2021. That same year, she spoke at a Senate Judiciary hearing on the Equality Act.

She is married to Zachary Shrier.
