Adam Williamson
ABOUT ADAM WILLIAMSON
Former men's midfielder who played soccer professionally until retiring in 2008. During his professional career, he primarily played soccer in the USL and MLS. He was originally taken by the New England Revolution as a third round pick in the 2006 MLS Draft.
He is a graduate of Ocean City Public High School. As a senior, he was named the best player in New Jersey at his position and he was even named an All-American.
Following his junior season at Lehigh University, he was named the 2005 Patriot League Offensive Player. He also earned First Team All-Patriot League honors as well as First Team All Mid-Atlantic Regional honors. After being drafted in 2006, he became the first person in Ocean City's program history to get drafted.
He was born and raised in Petersburg, New Jersey.
He and Lee Nguyen have both played for New England Revolution.
