ABOUT ADOLIS GARCíA

Professional outfielder who was signed by the St. Louis Cardinals as an international free agent in 2017. He was acquired by the Texas Rangers via trade on December 21, 2019. He was a first-time All-Star in 2021. In 2023, he helped the Rangers win the franchise's first-ever World Series title.

Prior to playing in the major leagues, he played for the Yomiuri Giants of Nippon Professional Baseball League in Japan.

He made his major league debut playing against the Miami Marlins on August 8, 2018, as a member of the Cardinals. He has accumulated more than 190,000 followers on his joseadolis Instagram account.

He is a native of Ciego de Avila, Cuba. He lives with his wife, Yasmarys, and their son.

He played alongside Charlie Culberson as a member of the Rangers' during the 2021 MLB season.
