After earning a degree in modern languages from Jesus College, Cambridge, he began his legal education at the University of London. He went on to work as a litigator for Slaughter and May.
After his Freedom Party disbanded, he formed a second political organization that he named the British Democratic Party.
He was born in England to Maria Jozica Milos and Catholic author Michael Davies.
