ABOUT AKA AKASAKA
Manga artist and writer well known for creating series such as Kaguya-Sama: Love Is War and Oshi no Ko. He also contributed to the visual novel video game Wonderful Everyday, which was released in 2010.
Kaguya-Sama: Love Is War was serialized between May 2015 and January 2016 in Miracle Jump, by Shueisha publishing company before it was moved to Weekly Young Jump, where it gained its most substantial following.
He is the winner of numerous accolades, including the 2017 and 2021 Next Manga Award for Print Manga. He also earned the Grand Prize from the 2020 BookWalker Awards.
He was born in Sado, Niigata, Japan.
The anime series of Kaguya-Sama: Love Is War, based on his original manga of the same name, stars voice actors such as Makoto Furukawa , Haruka Fukuhara , Yumiri Hanamori , and Airi Suzuki .
