He started off working as a DJ at Club Prosperity.

He formed the Trinidad and Tobago DJ center Associate Degree Sound System. He has over 40,000 followers on his 5starakil Instagram account.

He was raised by his mother, who sang in her church choir. He survived being shot five times in 2010.

He and Kerwin Du Bois are both popular singers from Trinidad and Tobago.
