ABOUT ALBERT ARTHUR DUNSTAN
Australian politician and member of the Country Party. He served as the premier of the state of Victoria. He was known as an unruffled political fighter and regarded for his ability to make quick decisions.
He worked as a wheat farmer. He also ran sheep on a property at Kamarooka, Victoria.
He was Victorian premier from April 2, 1935 to September 14, 1943. He served again from September 18, 1943 to October 2, 1945.
In 1911, he married Jessie Gerard Chisholm
. They had four daughters and two sons.
He and Daniel Andrews both served as premiers of the state of Victoria.
