ABOUT ALBERT HACKETT
Pulitzer-Prize winning playwright and screenwriter, most remembered for his 1959 work, The Diary of Anne Frank. He also wrote In the Good Old Summertime and The Long, Long Trailer.
He attended the Professional Children's School in New York City.
He and his writing partner, Frances Goodrich , won both the Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the New York Drama Critics Circle Award for their play, The Diary of Anne Frank.
He married his business and writing partner, Francis Goodrich.
He studied at the Professional Children's School, where singer Lady Gaga also attended.
