ABOUT ALEC LINDSTROM

NFL center that was first signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2022. Previously, he played college football at Boston College . While at Boston College, he twice earned first team All-ACC honors.

He is a graduate of Shepherd Hill Regional High School. During his high school career, he played both offensive and defensive line.

Besides football, he also enjoys podcasting and eating food. He has his own podcast called Listen Up My Dudes. His ael_6 Instagram page features photos of him on the field and in his daily life, including spending time with his girlfriend Timmary.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Dudley, Massachusetts. He is one of six siblings.

He is a former Boston College collegiate athlete just like Matt Ryan .
