Alejandro Pozuelo

ABOUT ALEJANDRO POZUELO

Designated midfield player for the Toronto FC, he was named to the MLS Best XI in his first year with the team, 2019. He is known for his creative playmaking style, and is occasionally used as a forward.

He grew up playing in the Real Betis organization, he played in their youth program all the way up to the B Team in the Segunda División B. He was promoted to their first team in the 2012-2013 season.

In 2019 he brought Toronto FC to the Eastern Conference Championship.

He and his wife Beatriz have two sons.

His coach on Toronto FC is Bob Bradley .
