Aleksander Čeferin

ABOUT ALEKSANDER ČEFERIN

Slovenian lawyer who served as the president of the Football Association of Slovenia from 2011 to 2016. He became the president of the UEFA in 2016. The following year, he was elected chairman of the UEFA Foundation for Children.

He studied law at the University of Ljubljana.

The World Football Summit named him Best Executive in 2021. He is a practitioner of Shotokan Karate.

He and his wife Barbara have three daughters.

He was preceded by Michel Platini as the president of the UEFA.
