ABOUT ALEKSANDR SOBOLEV

Professional striker that was signed by FC Spartak Moscow in 2020. Prior to FC Spartak Moscow, he played for FC Yenisey Krasnoyarsk during the 2019 club season. He has also made appearances as a member of the Russian men's national team.

He began his soccer career playing FC Dynamo Barnaul's youth squad in 2002. He played at Dynamo Barnaul from 2002 until 2016.

He played for the Russian national team during the 2020 UEFA Euro qualifiers. He made his official international debut playing against Sweden on October 8, 2020.

He grew up living with his family in Barnaul, Russia.

He played alongside Artem Dzyuba as a member of the Russian national team during the 2020 UEFA Euro qualifiers.
