ABOUT ALEV KELTER
Professional rugby player who plays as a center for the USA Women's National Team XVs. In 2022, she was selected to play for the US team in the Pacific Four Series in New Zealand. She was also chosen to play for the squad in the 2021 Rugby World Cup that was also held in New Zealand.
Before playing rugby, she had a successful career in both soccer and ice hockey. She played for the United States women's national under-20 soccer team and the United States women's national under-18 ice hockey team.
She won a silver medal at the 2015 Pan American Games as a member of the United States women's national rugby sevens team. She also played for the squad in the 2016 Summer Olympics held in Brazil. Her alevkelter Instagram account features photos of her and her teammates.
She has an older brother called Erol Kelter, a twin sister called Derya Kelter, and a younger brother called Aydin Kelter.
She and fellow rugby player Lauren Doyle have both played for the United States women's national rugby sevens team.
