She played the MADtv character Ms. Swan.

She married Jackson Douglas in 1999, and the couple had a son named Barnaby and a daughter named Henrietta. The couple divorced in 2015.

She played a teacher and chaperone in The Lizzie McGuire Movie , starring Adam Lamberg .
