Canadian forward who has played for various NHL franchises such as the Arizona Coyotes , Colorado Avalanche and Toronto Maple Leafs .

In the 2009 WHL Bantam Draft, he was selected during his youth days in the 12th round, 254th overall, by the Seattle Thunderbirds of the Western Hockey League.

He is from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He is married to Marissa Balleza, a field hockey player. His father Greg Kerfoot holds the majority ownership of Vancouver Whitecaps FC, a team in Major League Soccer.
