ABOUT ALEXIS LAFRENIERE

Professional left winger that was drafted with the first overall pick in the 2020 NHL Draft by the New York Rangers . He won a gold medal at the 2020 World Junior Championships as a member of the Canadian national team.

Prior to playing in the NHL, he played for the Rimouski Océanic junior ice hockey team.

He made his NHL debut playing against the New York Islanders on January 14, 2021.

He grew up living with his family in Quebec, Canada.

He played alongside Chris Kreider as a member of the New York Rangers during 2022 NHL season.
