ABOUT ALICIA RUEDA

Fashion designer who runs Alicia Rueda Couture, an Atelier specializing in unique and elaborate wedding dresses. Although she is known for her formal wear, her collections consist of both Pret-a-Porter and Pret-a-Couture designs.

She started making her own clothes when she was 13. She studied fashion design, pattern making and industrial clothing at university.

In 2014 she launched her flagship store in Bilbao.

Her grandmother and mother both always made their own clothes, and she credits them for her love of fashion and design.

She has dressed celebrities such as Adriana Ugarte , Malena Costa Sjogren , Hiba Abouk and Patricia Conde .
