ABOUT ALLAN BATEMAN
Former Welsch centre who played for 4 professional Rugby teams.
He was excellent at both soccer and rugby in his native Wales while growing up.
He began working in the Hematology Department of Princess of Wales Hospital after retirement.
He married Nicola in 1994.
He and Shane Williams both came out of Llynfi Valley and developed into top rugby players.
