ABOUT ALLAN CERDA

Professional center fielder that was first signed by the Cincinnati Reds as an international free agent in 2017. He has also played professionally in the Dominican Winter League. He was named one of the Reds' top 100 MLB prospects in 2022.

He originally began his professional career playing for the DSL Reds rookie affiliate team. He played in 51 games with the team before being promoted.

He recorded a career-high 24 home runs during the 2022 minor league season. He also recorded a career-high 56 runs batted in during the 2022 season.

Growing up, he lived with his family in the Bronx, New York.

He shares a November 24th birthday with Machel Montano and LiAngelo Ball .
