Allan Simonsen

ABOUT ALLAN SIMONSEN

Former right winger that played for five different clubs during his 18 year playing career. Primarily, he played in countries such as Denmark, Germany, Spain and England during his club career. He also played for the Danish men's national team during his professional career.

Initially, he began his youth soccer career with the Vejle Football Club. He eventually earned a contract with the VBK Kolding U19 squad in 1971.

Shortly after retiring in 1989, he officially began his professional coaching career with Vejle BK in 1991. He was later hired as the sporting director of the Vietnamese men's national team in 2014.

He was born and raised in Vejle, Denmark.

He once played for the Danish men's national team during his professional career just like Christian Eriksen .
