She moved to Los Angeles at age 18 to pursue a career in acting, studying drama at Stella Adler School of Acting, and then The American Academy of Dramatic Arts.

She joined the Los Angeles-based Echo Theater Company in 2016, maintaining a relationship with them while pursing film and television roles. Her breakout role was in the 2016 surrealist horror short, The After Party. Over the course of her acting career, she has appeared in more than a dozen titles. Many of her acting credits include being in movies.

She was born and raised in Arlington, Virginia, before moving to Washington, D.C. with her family.
