ABOUT AMANDA BUTLER
Women's college basketball coach who won the 2006 Atlantic 10 Championship as the head coach of the North Carolina-Charlotte 49ers. In 2007, she was named head coach of the Florida Gators.
She was a three time All-District basketball player at Mt. Juliet High School in Tennessee.
She was an assistant coach for the U.S. Women's Basketball team which won the FIBA Under-19 World Championship in 2009.
Her parents are Stephen and Barbara Butler.
She helped coach Kelly Faris to a gold medal at the FIBA Under-19 World Championships.
