She hosted the entrepreneurial podcast And She Rises.

She has a younger sister named Andrea. She gave birth to twins named Zion and Canaan with her partner Eddie. Her son Zion passed shortly after his birth. She is a stepmother, or "smama," to Shoshana and Liam, Eddie's children from his previous relationship. In March 2024, they welcomed a daughter named Canaan. In December 2024, she and Eddie were engaged.

She has worked closely with Gabrielle Bernstein and even enrolled in her Spirit Junkie Masterclass.
