ABOUT AMY ELIZABETH STOCH

American television and film actress and academic known for her role as Britta Englund on Days of Our Lives . She also played Missy in Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure , Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey, and Bill & Ted Face the Music .

She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in theatre from Ashland University, before going on to earn a Master's at California State University, Northridge . She then completed a Ph.D. in Theatre History, Theory, and Criticism at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

She teaches Critical Studies courses at AMDA College for the Performing Arts in Los Angeles.

She was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She married actor Robert Poynton in 1987. They had a son, Robert Andrew Poynton V, before divorcing in 2004.

She made a guest appearance in Dynasty , starring John Forsythe and Linda Evans .
