American political commentator and golfer best known as the associate director of the Office of Public Liaison during the Donald Trump administration.

In 2005, he graduated from Saint Joseph Regional High School in Montvale, New Jersey. He graduated with a BA in marketing, management, and sociology from Duke University in May 2009. .After college, he worked as a sales intern at CapRok Capital in Rye, New York.

He was a contributor for the conservative media channel Newsmax TV.

He is the son of former mayor of New York City Rudy Giuliani and Donna Hanover. He has a sister named Caroline Giuliani. He married Živilė Rezgytė in 2017. He previously dated figure skater Sarah Hughes .

He lost the 2022 Republican gubernatorial primary to Lee Zeldin .
