He worked as an intellectual property attorney in Chicago, Illinois before joining the casts of Survivor.
He was nominated in America's Tribal Council as the sexiest male.
He and his wife Stephanie have two daughters named Mackenzie and Skyleur. His brother John is a singer and songwriter.
He is close friends with Survivor host Jeff Probst .
