ABOUT ANDY COX

British guitarist and co-founder of the 2 Tone ska revival band, The Beat, and went on to form Fine Young Cannibals.

He did not attend college, as his focus was always on making music.

He and The Beat had eight Top 40 hits on the charts before they disbanded in 1983, including "Can't Get Used to Losing You."

He was born in Birmingham, England.

He and soccer great, Nathan Redmond , are both originally from Birmingham.
