ABOUT ANITA WILSON

Gospel singer-songwriter who rose to fame for her solo career with her hit single "Speechless" off her debut album, Worship Soul. She was previously a backup singer for acts such as Hezekiah Walker , Marvin Sapp and DeWayne Woods .

She became a solo artist in 2011 after years of background singing for various contemporary acts.

Her sophomore album Vintage Worship was nominated for Best Gospel Album at the 2015 Grammy Awards.

She was born and raised in East St. Louis, Illinois.

She was a backup singer for years with Donald Lawrence & Company.
