She studied photojournalism at the University of Missouri . She spent six years in a photography position with a restaurant group where she photographed chefs, food and parties.
Her anjalipinto Instagram account earned more than 40,000 followers.
Her husband tragically passed away from an aortic dissection at a young age. She and the late Jacob Johnson first met on Instagram in 2012.
She and Carey Nershi have practiced food photography.
