ABOUT ANN D’SILVA
Indian author and humanitarian best known for her women-oriented stories. She has achieved titles such as Best Selling Indian Author, Global Goodwill Ambassador, and Recipient of the Coveted Books for Peace Award, among others.
Before publishing books, she worked in various senior management roles.
For each story, she chooses different countries to develop the premise of her writing because she enjoys spreading a diverse perspective. Her authoranndsilva Instagram page has amassed over 700,000 followers and features photos of her and highlights from her work as a humanitarian.
She has shared photos with family members, such, as her mother, on her Instagram page. She is originally from India but moved to Turkey.
In October 2022 she made an Instagram post congratulating Rishi Sunak for being selected as the UK's Prime Minister.
