Actress who rocketed to fame for her portrayal of Olivia on the hit AMC series The Walking Dead. She is also recognizable for her roles in feature films like Big Mommas House 2 and Barefoot.
She fell in love with acting at the age of nine and went on to earn her bachelor's in acting from Greensboro College and a master's from the University of Connecticut.
She has taught acting at Loyola University in New Orleans.
She and Danny Kadar married in 2003 and the pair gave birth to two children.
She wrote, produced, and starred in the 2015 short film Socialwerk alongside Bryan Batt .
