ABOUT ANNE WELSH
Author of the books Pain-Less: Living with Pain and Finding Joy, which describe life with an illness as she has Sickle Cell anaemia. She is a strategy consultant at her own consulting agency.
She studied accounting and finance at the University of Hertfordshire and worked in banking before becoming an author.
She was diagnosed with Sickle Cell anemia at age three. She posts photos of her family and career updates on her ladyannewelsh Instagram page. She also posts about events she attends and speaks at such as Birmingham Black Business Show.
She married and had two children of her own in addition to two stepchildren. She was born in Nigeria but moved back and forth to the UK.
In 2023 she wrote an Instagram post in honor of Tina Turner .
