Prior to her blog, she worked on a variety of styling magazines.

Her recipes and party ideas have been featured in Better Homes and Gardens, Epicurious, DesignSponge, MSN, The Huffington Post, Southern Living, and Woman's World among others. She has a large Instagram following with over 70,000 followers.

She married her husband Frank. They have two children together, a son named Levi and a daughter named Alex.

She has been featured on the Martha Stewart show as well as the Today Show with Al Roker , Hoda Kotb , and Kathie Lee Gifford .
