Sprinter who won gold medals in the 4x400-meter relay at the 1984 and 1988 Olympics, also winning Olympic bronze in the 400 meters in 1984.

He was an All-American at Georgia Tech.

He won gold in the 4x400-meter relay at the 1987 World Championships.

He was born in Atlanta, Georgia.

The legendary Carl Lewis also represented the United States at the 1988 Olympics.
