ABOUT ARA MARTIROSYAN
World music singer and songwriter whose popular album Nerir hit the number one position on Armenia's music charts. The album's lead single ''Karevor Mi Xosk'' went on to be the most played song across Armenian radio waves.
He began training at the Song State Theatre in 1998 and released his first single "Arevik" in 1999.
He was credited as having worked in the music department for the 2011 film The Fiancé From Circus.
He moved to the United States with his wife Mercedes and their children.
Both he and fellow music performer Iveta Mukuchyan were born in Armenia.
