ABOUT ARCHANA JOIS

Indian film and television actress known primarily for her role as Gangamma in the 2016 action film K.G.F: Chapter 1. She also acted in the film's sequel K.G.F: Chapter 2, which was released in April 2022. In addition to her appearances in the K.G.F, movie series, she is also known for her appearances in the films Vijayaratha and Kalantaka.

She began her professional acting career in 2016. She made her official television debut acting in the Tamil television show Mahamayi.

Due to her highly acclaimed performance in the film K.G.F: Chapter 1, she won an award for Best Supporting Actress at the 2019 South Indian International Movie Awards. The film took over three years to finish.

She grew up living with her family in Bengaluru, India. She now lives with her husband, Shreyas Udupa.

She co-starred alongside Yash while acting in the 2018 film K.G.F: Chapter 1.
