TV actor known for appearing in over 80 different TV series, including The L Word and Smallville . He was a cast member on Shoot the Messenger and My Babysitter's a Vampire . He is also an accomplished movie actor, and appeared in 2017's It and 2019's It Chapter Two .

He made his screen debut in the 1990 cult movie Archangel.

He is also a stage actor and has appeared in the well-known plays, including Death of a Salesman , for which he was nominated to receive a Dora award for The Soulpepper Theater Company.

He is married to Lisa Ryder. They have one daughter and one son. He is Jewish.

He has worked with high profile directors such as Aaron Sorkin and Ricky Gervais .
