ABOUT ARTHUR CHEN
Chinese actor who rose to fame after starring in the 2017 coming-of-age romance film Secret Fruit. His starring role in the 2018 historical fantasy drama series Ever Night further grew his popularity. He went on to give an award-winning performance in the romance film My Best Summer. In 2022, he played Li Xun in the TV series Da Huo Ji Yu Gong Zhu Qun.
He attended Beijing Jingshan School.
He was named Best Newcomer at the Macau International Movie Festival for his role in My Best Summer. At the Huading Awards, he was named Best Actor in the historical drama category for his performance in Ever Night.
His parents are director Chen Kaige and actress Chen Hong.
Nana Ou-Yang played his love interest in Secret Fruit.
