Arthur Meighen

ABOUT ARTHUR MEIGHEN

Canadian politician who served as the 9th Prime Minister of Canada from 1920 to 1921 and in 1926.

He majored in mathematics at the University of Toronto.

He also served in the Senate from 1932 to 1942.

He married Isobel Cox in 1904, and they had three children.

Mackenzie King , his political rival, served as Prime Minister after him.
