ABOUT ARTO SAARI

Finnish professional skateboarder and photographer who won Thrasher magazine's Skater of the Year Award in 2001.

He grew up in Finland and discovered skateboarding in his teens then moved to California to get in more skating. He was soon sponsored by Flip.

He was voted 26th on the list of 100 Greatest Finns.

He and his girlfriend Mimi have a daughter named Ella.

Geoff Rowley recruited him to ride for Flip and together with Tom Penny they comprise three parts of one of the best teams in the world.
