Singer and model who rocketed to fame in 2015 after she joined the Japanese idol girl group Sakura Gakuin.

The Amuse group Sakura Gakuin formed originally in 2010, but Asou Maaya didn't join until 2015.

She is a member of Sakura Gakuin's fifth sub-unit sleepiece.

She hails from Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.

She is joined in the Sakura Gakuin sub-unit sleepiece by Kurosawa Mirena .
