Austin Hunter Johnson

ABOUT AUSTIN HUNTER JOHNSON

Professional defensive lineman that was selected by the Tennessee Titans as a second round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft. He later signed a multi-year deal with the Los Angeles Chargers in March 2022. He has also played for the New York Giants during his NFL career.

Prior to being drafted, he played college football at Penn State University . As a junior, he was named a member of the second team All-Big Ten. He also played basketball in high school and had hopes of playing in college. He earned praise from his college coaches for his athleticism.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Minnesota Vikings during week one of the 2016 regular season. He recorded seven tackles in ten games played with the Titans during his rookie season.

Growing up, he lived with his family in the Galloway, New Jersey area. He is one of four siblings.

He is a former Penn State collegiate athlete just like Saquon Barkley .
