ABOUT AVA KHALIPA
The daughter of renowned CrossFit athlete Jason Khalipa , she would later make headlines after she was diagnosed with leukemia.
Her parents were high school sweethearts.
Her father started the internet campaign #AvaWillWin to promote leukemia awareness. Her mother also started the Instagram account avas.kitchen to document the healthy meals she creates to help Ava during her illness.
Her mother's name is Ashley and she has a younger brother, Kaden.
Her father is a CrossFit competitor much like Alexis Johnson .
