ABOUT AXEL RUDI PELL
German heavy metal guitarist who founded an eponymous band and who has worked with many other bands. He has released over 20 albums under his own project.
He had early success with his first band, Steeler.
After Steeler, Pell went on to record his own songs in neo-classical metal. He has released a series of compilation albums called The Ballads.
He grew up near Bochum, Germany.
Ian Gillan and Deep Purple were among his musical influences.
