Performing artist who danced as part of a duo called AyaBambi alongside her ex-fiancee Bambi . Their dance style has been described as a mix of 1970's New York voguing with industrial goth and Japanese geisha origins.
She and Bambi began to find a following online with their dance videos in 2012.
They starred in a short film for Vogue called Short White Wedding.
She and Bambi got engaged despite Japan's anti-gay marriage politics; however they later broke up in 2017.
She and Bambi danced alongside Madonna in the pop stars music video for "B*tch I'm Madonna."
