ABOUT AZIZ SALIHU
Super heavyweight division Olympic boxer who took home the bronze medal at the 1984 Los Angeles Summer Games. He also competed in the surrounding Olympic Games of 1980 and 1988 but failed to medal.
As an amateur, he sported only 26 defeats in more than 500 fights. At the club level, he would go on to win 8 Yugoslav championships.
He took home bronze medals in two European Championships as well as a World Cup, but he did take home gold at the 1987 Latakia Mediterranean Games.
He was born in Pristina, Kosovo.
He's a Yugoslav boxer just like Luan Krasniqi .
