Actress who has won major acclaim in Turkey for her roles in such films as Ağrı'ya Dönüş (1994), Hiç Yoktan Aşk (2000) and Kars Öyküleri (2010). She is also a veteran of television, having starred on shows like Yaprak Dökümü and Kadin.
She studied at Erenköy Girls High School and graduated from Istanbul University State Conservatory.
She won the Golden Butterfly Award for Best Actress in 2008.
She married actor Bülent Emin Yarar, with whom she has a daughter named Ada.
She and Gokce Eyuboglu appeared together on the series Kadin.
