ABOUT BORIS LAGUTIN
Former Soviet boxer who won 241 fights and lost only 11. He won gold medals in the light middleweight class at the 1964 and 1968 Olympics.
He won his first gold medal in 1961 at the European Amateur Championships.
His first Olympic competition was in 1960, where he took bronze in the light middleweight competition.
He is the son of Andre and Ariana Lagutin.
He won his first Olympic gold medal at the 1964 games when boxer Joe Frazier also won gold.
