Right-handed reliever who made his major league debut in 2007 with the Cincinnati Reds.

He toiled in the minors, pitching for Double-A Chattanooga and Triple-A Louisville.

In 2008, he was traded to the Kansas City Royals for Henry Arias.

When he was growing up in Florida, his father was a UPS driver and his mother was a secretary.

Seven-time All-Star Craig Biggio was hitless against him during his career.
